HIRING FOR NIGHT SHIFT 3PM-12AM
Job Description: A Press Operator maintains the quality and maximum production of printed material in a profitable manner, to be achieved through the following responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs manual and machine operator tasks in the set-up maintenance and operation of a printing press, reads instructions and set up press, runs samples to adjust quality, color and mixing settings, operates printing press to print in accordance with job orders
- Applicant must be a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined problem solver.
- Keep all tools organized (this includes cleaning up after their use and putting unused equipment in its designated area)
- Communicates essential information regarding incomplete setups at shift change and any potential problems, etc. Fill out all daily production, roll tags, and quality paperwork when applicable.
- Applicant should have an understanding of the materials required for various surfaces (floors and walls).
- Assist with other tasks as needed by production management staff.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Must pass a background check and Drug Screen
- Applicant must be able to climb a ladder and lift 70 lbs.
- Understands construction methods, tools (know how to use a post-hole digger), and safety protocols.
- Wear proper PPE when needed on job location
- The applicant will need to record, document, measure, and plan for graphics installation.
- Must have a smartphone and knowledge of mobile apps
Experience in the following is a plus but not mandatory:
- 3+ years’ experience signage and graphics is highly desired.

HIRING FOR NIGHT SHIFT 3 PM -12 AM
Job Description: A FabriVu Operator uses a wide format digital fabric printer and Klieverik heat press for dye-sublimation transfer printing (paper to textile) to produce outstanding image quality on textile products like woven-stretch-knits or non-wovens with brilliant colors and sharp edge definition by applying the correct heat, speed, and tension during the heat transfer process. The textile is typically finished with hem, serge stitch, pole pockets, or keder for Silicone Edge Graphics. They report directly to the Production Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:

Effectively run digital equipment to print, transfer, and sew a variety of substrates.

Able to use a professional sewing machine with little training. Matic Cronos experience is a plus.

Able to measure a frame and calculate necessary bleed and allowances for hem or silicone edge for custom fabric graphics.

Ability to complete the job according to customer specifications and produce quality work

Monitor the production throughout the run for quality, maintaining all required samples as designated by the customer and procedures

Ability for standard setups, adjustments, and operating characteristics of equipment and skills to perform standard adjustments

Perform all required preventative maintenance in accordance with production schedule

Job Summary:
We are looking for a competent CNC Operator to use computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery safely and accurately to perform various functions to create custom architectural and commercial interiors and displays.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
- Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
- Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
- Set machines to complete full cycles of fabricating large number of parts
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result

Looking for a full-time commercial cabinet maker with laminating experience. Experience with working with CNC equipment would be helpful.

A PrePress Associate helps to manage the daily workflow of incoming jobs, proofing of client files and set of production files.
They assist with organization of the client files and folders. They report directly to the Prepress Supervisor and the Operations Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist the prepress department to manage daily workflow of incoming, in-progress and approved jobs
• Applicant must be a detail-oriented and have a good working knowledge of Pantone and spot colors, decimal equivalents and working on art at scaled sizes.
• Keep all files/client folders organized and be forward thinking with set up of art files.
• Must be able to handle multiple jobs and prioritize in order of importance.
• Troubleshoot electronic prepress problems as they present themselves during the design workflow and output process.
• Assist with design/layout projects.
